3. Purposes of Processing

The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in Article 4 of the Privacy Code and Article 4, paragraph 2 of the GDPR, specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and destruction of the data. Your personal data are processed both in paper and electronic formats.

4. Duration of Processing

Regarding the personal data subject to processing, they will be retained in compliance with the principle of proportionality and, in any case, until the purposes of the processing have been pursued or until – if applicable – the specific consent is withdrawn by the data subject at any time.
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for Service Purposes.

5. Data Communication

Without the need for explicit consent (pursuant to Article 24 letters a), b), d) of the Privacy Code and Article 6 letters b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes outlined in Article 2) to judicial authorities and to those entities to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes.

6. Data Transfer

Personal data is stored on Serverplan servers located in Italy, within the European Union. However, should it become necessary, the Data Controller reserves the right to relocate the servers to locations outside the EU. In such cases, the Data Controller ensures that any transfer of data outside the EU will be conducted in accordance with applicable legal provisions, and will be governed by the standard contractual clauses stipulated by the European Commission.
